Three-month pilots, charged at cost

Skip the first-round calls. Read the interviews instead.

Alert Hire runs first-round interviews for recruitment agencies. Add the shortlist your screening left you with, or share one link, and Aria interviews every candidate in writing: the key checks first, then your questions. You read a ranked summary of each one instead of spending twenty minutes on the phone with them.

Works with how you screen today: LinkedIn, SEEK or any ATS, through a pasted list, a CSV or one interview link

How it works

What happens after you add a shortlist

  1. Add your shortlist, or share the link

Paste the names and emails your screening left you with, drop in a CSV or the CVs, or put the job’s interview link in your LinkedIn, SEEK or ATS auto-reply.

  2. Set the checks and the questions

Right to work, notice, location, salary: the things your first call confirms, each with the answer that passes. Then the questions for the role, drafted from your job ad.

  3. Aria interviews every candidate

Each one gets an email link and answers in writing, in their own time: the key checks, then your questions one at a time, with a follow-up when an answer is vague.

  4. You read ranked summaries

Best fit first, the key checks done, and every score backed by a quote from the candidate’s own answer. You decide who goes to the client.

What the first round costs

Twenty minutes a call, for every name on the shortlist

Most agencies phone every candidate their screening leaves them with, before anyone has met the client. Put in your own numbers.

That is the time Alert Hire gives back, because the interviews run in writing and you only read the results. The app shows the same figure on every job, worked out from your own minutes and rate.

16.7 hof consultant time, per role
A$1,000in first-round calls, per role

50 calls at 20 minutes is 1,000 minutes, about 16.7 hours. At A$60 an hour, that is A$1,000 for one role.

What the candidate sees

A written interview on their phone, in their own time

Every candidate gets an email with their own interview link. Aria tells them it is an AI working with your named recruiter, asks the key checks as quick taps, then your questions one at a time.

Untimed, in plain language, about fifteen minutes. When an answer is vague, Aria asks one short follow-up for the specifics. A candidate who would rather not do it can say so, and you are told.

A key check in the candidate's interview: Quick check 2 of 4, How soon could you start?, with the options Available now, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks or more A question in the candidate's interview: Question 2 of 7, Describe the most complex model you have built and one problem you caught in it, with the candidate's typed answer
A candidate report in Alert Hire: an 87 percent fit score ranked first of five, then the key checks (right to work, notice period, location and salary, each passed, with the candidate's answer), then a three-sentence summary

What you get

The key checks done, before you read a word

Each report opens with the key checks and what the candidate answered, then a short summary, then every score with the line from their own answer that earned it.

A must-have that did not pass is flagged and sorted to the bottom of your Interviews inbox, never rejected on its own. An answer that was mostly pasted in is flagged too.

Optional

A CV screen in front, when nobody has screened yet

If the applicants have not been through your own screening, add a CV screen to the job. Aria scores every CV against what the role needs, with the reasoning written down, and only the ones you choose go on to the interview.

Questions recruiters ask

Most are about what the AI decides on its own. It interviews and ranks, and every decision about a candidate stays with you. Anything else: admin@alertai.com.au.

No. It interviews and ranks. A key check that does not pass is flagged and sorted to the bottom of your Interviews inbox, and nobody is declined or told an outcome unless you do it yourself.

They open the link in their email and answer in writing, on a phone or a computer, in their own time. First a few quick key checks, then the role’s questions one at a time. It takes about fifteen minutes and is not timed.

Yes, before the first question. Aria tells them it is an AI and names the recruiter it works with. A candidate can decline the interview and tell the recruiter directly instead.

The report says so. Alert Hire notes when most of an answer was pasted in rather than typed, and it never changes the score on its own: you see it and decide. Vague answers also get a follow-up asking what the candidate personally did.

Any. Paste a list or drop in a CSV export from whatever you run, or put the job’s interview link in your LinkedIn, SEEK or ATS auto-reply. There is no live sync yet; direct sync to Bullhorn and JobAdder is next.

Encrypted on Australian servers. CVs are deleted on the schedule you set, and interview answers are kept while you are a customer. Nothing is used to train models, and you can have a candidate removed at any time.

Sixty first-round calls is twenty hours of someone’s week
