## Pricing model

- Basis: flat monthly fee per agency
- Per seat: no
- Per placement: no
- Per CV graded: no
- Per user accounts: unlimited, included
- Tiers: none, one plan
- Included each month: an allowance of completed candidate conversations
- Overage: fixed rate per completed candidate conversation beyond the allowance
- One-off: setup fee covering the ATS connection and initial criteria configuration
- Benchmark: priced against the loaded cost of a resourcer

## Definitions

- Completed candidate conversation: a candidate has answered the agency's screening
  questions. Sending a message does not count. An unanswered outreach does not count.
- Setup fee: charged once, at the start of the agreement.
- Allowance: a set number of completed conversations included in the monthly fee.

## What is not metered

- CV grading. Every application on a role is graded, including those below the
  agency's screening threshold.
- User accounts.
- ATS connectors. All supported platforms are included in the one fee.

## What moves the number

The only variable is monthly completed conversation volume, which is a function of
roles screened per month, applications per role, and the share of applicants above
the agency's screening threshold.

## Why no figure is published

Alert Hire is early and the first agencies are helping set the rate. The model is
fixed and published in full. The rate is quoted per agency after a conversation
about volume.
