What we are building

AI first-round interviews for recruitment agencies: a recruiter adds the shortlist their own screening left them with, or shares one interview link, and Aria interviews every candidate in writing, key checks first, then ranks the results with a quote behind every score. The interesting problems are in the edges: what the AI is allowed to decide, how a score is explained months later, how an interview stays useful when a candidate pastes in an answer.

Who we would like to hear from

• Engineers who ship whole systems. Integrations, data models, LLM pipelines, the dashboard, the deploy. Small team, so the person who designs a thing also runs it.
• Recruiters who want to build the product. If you have run a desk, screened at volume and have opinions about what a shortlist should look like, you know things we need.
• People in Sydney, or close to Sydney time. We work together most days.
