What we are building
An AI screening system that sits between a recruitment agency's ATS and its recruiters: it reads every application, grades it against criteria a recruiter wrote, runs a screening conversation over SMS, WhatsApp or email, and hands back a ranked shortlist with the reasoning attached. The interesting problems are in the edges: what the AI is allowed to decide, how a score is explained months later, how a candidate's disclosure gets to a person and stays out of the grade.
Who we would like to hear from
- Engineers who ship whole systems. Integrations, data models, LLM pipelines, the dashboard, the deploy. Small team, so the person who designs a thing also runs it.
- Recruiters who want to build the product. If you have run a desk, screened at volume and have opinions about what a shortlist should look like, you know things we need.
- People in Sydney, or close to Sydney time. We work together most days.
