Reads from your ATS. Writes back only what you choose.

Your ATS stays the system of record. Alert Hire connects through the platform's own API, pulls new applications within minutes, and puts scores, summaries and status flags back on the candidate record you already work from.

Alert Hire connects to Bullhorn, JobAdder and Workday through each platform’s own API. It polls for new applications every couple of minutes, normalises them into one candidate model, and writes scores, conversation summaries and status flags back to the fields you map. Every write-back is a switch, and all of them start off.

Supported platforms

Three at launch, more as a connector each

Bullhorn, JobAdder and Workday connect today. Bullhorn’s GRID 2026 report, from almost 250 recruitment professionals across APAC, found that 70% of agencies that grew revenue are using AI tools embedded in their ATS, which is the argument for a connector rather than another tab. Everything is normalised into one candidate model, so adding another platform is a new connector rather than a rebuild. If yours is on the second list, tell us and we will give you a date.

No ATS at all? Point a monitored inbox at Alert Hire. Applications that arrive by email are parsed, graded and ranked the same way.

Write-backs

Each one is a switch. Off by default, on when you trust it.

Nothing is written to your ATS until you turn it on, per integration. The first three put information next to the candidate. The fourth changes where the candidate sits in your pipeline, which is why it is the one we suggest leaving off until you have read a week of results.

Every write-back is logged with what was written, when, and which score or conversation caused it.

How the sync works

Through the API, on a schedule, with the least access that does the job

01

Connect once

Authorise Alert Hire in your ATS with an account scoped to read applications and write the fields you choose. Credentials are stored encrypted and can be revoked from either side.

02

Poll every few minutes

New and changed applications are picked up on a short interval. A candidate who applies at 11 pm is graded before midnight and, if above the line, messaged first thing.

03

Normalise

Whatever shape your ATS holds the application in, it becomes one candidate model. The grader and the conversation engine never see platform-specific fields.

04

Write back

Scores, summaries and flags go to the fields you mapped. If the ATS rejects a write, you see it in the dashboard; nothing retries silently for hours.

Questions about connecting your ATS

The general list is on the home page. Anything else: admin@alertai.com.au.

Bullhorn, JobAdder and Workday connect today, through each platform’s own API. Everything is normalised into one candidate model, so another platform is a new connector rather than a rebuild. Tell us which one you run and we will give you a date.

An afternoon. You authorise an account scoped to read applications and write the fields you choose, map those fields once, and screening runs from the next application that lands.

Scores and sub-scores, the conversation summary, and status flags. Each one is a separate switch and all of them start off. Moving a candidate between pipeline stages is its own switch, and we suggest leaving that one off until you trust the rest.

Yes. Point a monitored inbox at it. Applications that arrive by email are parsed, graded and ranked exactly the same way, and you work from the shortlist instead of a candidate record.

An afternoon to connect. Screening runs from the next application.

Tell us which ATS you run and we will walk through the connection on the demo.
