AI candidate screening tools that work with JobAdder

JobAdder ships some AI of its own and lists more in its marketplace. Here is what each one screens, and the gap they leave.

JobAdder agencies have four realistic options for AI screening. JobAdder’s own Adder Intelligence gives every applicant a relevancy rating. Fairgo.ai runs live video interviews and SmartAI runs a screening chatbot, both listed in the JobAdder marketplace. Alert Hire grades every CV against criteria you wrote, then screens the candidates above your threshold.

What AI screening does JobAdder have, and what is missing?

JobAdder ships AI natively under the name Adder Intelligence. Its own page describes an instant summary and a relevancy rating on every candidate who applies, drawn from resumes, notes and job descriptions, plus candidate overviews, job ad writing and database prompts. What that page does not describe is an automated screening conversation with a candidate.

That is the gap the marketplace fills. Fairgo.ai runs a live interview where the candidate speaks with an AI agent that asks follow-up questions, and puts the transcript and recording back into JobAdder. SmartAI screens by chatbot and books the interview at the end. Alert Hire sits on the other side of the same gap: it grades the CV against criteria you wrote, with a justification you can read, and then runs the screening conversation by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

The honest part

Where each one wins

Including the ones that beat us. A comparison that concludes we win every row is not a comparison.

Adder Intelligence

It is already there, included, and needs no integration or extra vendor. For an agency that wants applications ordered rather than screened, a relevancy rating in the system you already work in is often enough.

Fairgo.ai

You end up with a recording and a transcript, not just answers. If a client wants to see and hear a candidate before you submit, that is something Alert Hire does not do at all.

SmartAI

It books the interview at the end of the conversation. If your bottleneck is diary coordination rather than reading CVs, that is the part of the job it removes.

Alert Hire

The criteria are yours, written per role in plain words, and every sub-score quotes the line in the CV that produced it. Every applicant is graded, not just ranked by relevance, and nobody is declined by the software.

Questions

The general list is on the home page. Anything else: admin@alertai.com.au.

Partly. JobAdder’s Adder Intelligence page describes an instant summary and relevancy rating on every candidate who applies, based on resumes, notes and job descriptions. It does not describe an automated screening conversation with candidates, which is why the marketplace carries tools that do.

A relevancy rating orders applicants against the job description. Grading scores each applicant against criteria you wrote for that role, one sub-score per criterion, with the reasoning attached. The first tells you who to read first, the second tells you why, and you can argue with the second.

No. It reads applications through the JobAdder API and writes scores, summaries and status flags back to the candidate record, each on a switch you control. JobAdder stays the system of record.

None of the four publishes a rate. Alert Hire publishes its pricing model without a number. For the others, ask them.
